For several years our family has accessed McMullen’s when our furnace has needed attention. Most recently this occurred today. As usual, and with their traditional professionalism and focus on customer service, McMullen’s provided excellent and expedient service. Without doubt whenever we require future assistance we will always reach out to McMullen’s. We would highly recommend it for anyone.

I have been super happy with the high efficiency furnace and central air I had installed a couple years ago. I have really seen that difference this year when I decided to take the chance to remain on a floating rate with my energy provider. Our energy bill remained consistent as the previous year. No outrageous bills! Super happy with the system and the great professional work.

This company is quick to respond and not out to rip you off on emergency furnace repairs. We’ve had a couple and they’ve answered our call in a timely fashion and not tried to overcharge us. Other places have. Please call this honest outfit for a happy outcome.

I have used McMullen’s twice now this year, we had an issue with a badly piped (by another company) in-floor heat system that was leaking and the technician came in and did a great job removing the old system and installing the new, much tidier and robust system for us.

We also hired them for a gas line rough in and heater install for a newly built garage. They have always been transparent on costs, very professional, the technicians call before they come, explain their work and leave the space clean and tidy when they go.

Glen has been immensely helpful for all our questions on both plumbing and heating. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.

Earlier this year we had McMullens repair our heating in our Cronquist warehouse. Bill was excellent to work with and spent an enormous amount of time explaining all of my options. Once it was all decided on, the service was excellent and they had the whole job done very quickly. We contacted them again to install air conditioning this summer and once again, I was really pleased with all of the options and explanations available to decide on the best solution for our particular space. I was also very satisfied with the price as we did collect other quotes just for comparison sake. My whole experience with McMullens has been excellent. The receptionist is always cheerful and helpful and I really can’t say enough good things about Bill. I know very little about heating and A/C and he was incredibly patient and always took the time to make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.

I called McMullen’s at 0800, a phone call back from John, and by 0900 they came to my house, assessed, gave a quote, and when I said, “Yes, when can you start?” They started immediately and completed within 4 to 5 hours. I was so very happy with the professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work.

McMullens installed my Carrier furnace 6 years ago and I have been having problems with my furnace recently and Cassidy has been an incredible help! He texted me to see make sure it’s working, he’s been talking to Carrier to try and figure out the problem. I appreciate all of his efforts, he’s a great guy that cares.

Our ductwork was a MESS thanks to the work of the original builder installer – no airflow to half of the house, too much to the other half, some registers blowing cold air due to runs that were way too long. One duct was hidden inside the air return and completely disconnected, probably from day one. McMullens guys came in and fixed ALL of our airflow problems, nearly redoing all of our ductwork. It’s now the same temperature in every part of our house and all vents blow warm air. The house is livable without space heaters for the first time EVER. I could talk about our great new furnace but that’s just a device. ALL the difference was made by the smart duct layout done by McMullens.
